This elementary mathematics course is designed for students entering the third grade.
This class is highly interactive and the hands-on approach will allow students to reinforce computation and problem-solving skills through the examination of word problems, use of manipulatives, group work, and individual quizzes and tests.
Mathematics 3 Curriculum Description:
Place value through the hundred thousands place,
Comparing and ordering whole numbers, fractions and decimals
Estimation/Rounding whole numbers and decimals
Addition/Subtraction (up to 4 digit numbers, with/without regrouping)
Decimal place value to the Hundredths place,
Multiplication (facts through 12 using skip counting and repeated addition)
Division
Fractions
Geometry
Measurement (customary and metric, time)
Money
This class will meet twice a week on Monday and Wednesday.
Textbook: BJU Math Grade 3 Student Worktext (4th Edition)
Tuition: $650/year or $65 per month (Lump sum or paid out in 10 monthly installments)

Drop Fee after September 15 will be 3 months tuition.
