Senior Scholarship opportunity from PREP Classes:
Who is eligible?
Any current PREP student or current PREP Science National Honor Society Member who is a graduating senior in the spring semester of 2023 and has taken on-campus PREP classes at least two of his/her four years of high school is eligible to apply.
What are the application requirements?
Applicants are required to:

Submit a transcript including grade point average showing courses and grades for 9th through 11th grades and courses in progress for 12th grade. Please include where each course was taken.

Submit an essay of no more than 600 words on the following topic: “How has PREP made a difference in your life? How will PREP affect your future?” The essay should be in Times New Roman, double-spaced, 12 pt font, with one-inch margins.

Provide a recommendation form from two PREP teachers and a letter of reference from one other person such as a pastor, a coach, an employer, a volunteer supervisor, or someone else who is familiar with the student's character and potential but is not related to the student. (This reference will submit his/her letter electronically. The student should not see or handle the letter.)
NOTE: If the student has had only one PREP teacher, please provide two outside references and one PREP teacher reference.

Submit the application which includes a summary of extra-curricular activities and work and/or volunteer experiences.
What is the deadline for submitting applications?
Applications that are received on or before March 10, 2023, will be considered.
How should applications be submitted?
Applications and all student-provided documents should be sent to jan.snow@prepclasses.org
Students will electronically send the PREP teacher reference form to the teachers who have agreed to refer them, and the teachers will submit them.
When will the scholarships be awarded to the winners?
Winners will be notified in May, 2023.
